Best thing in GE is culture, leadership team is very good, they are supportive. Some managers are good and supportive, they treating people like a friend, HPT is the best culture in GE.

Some mangers are using their authority in bad way. HR team are not supportive, if you calling to HR , they text you every time, like i am in meeting , i am busy now. i call you back later etc,...

The culture is very good and work experience is excellent 👍 if you are a fresher then this company is the best ever for you. If you want to work here for salary and increments then you'll get quite unsatisfied here. But definitely it's a great experience I'm having in this company right now. 😊

The Food system as usual. And I'm very disagree with the punching system of attendance. ☹️ It sometimes never works. And nobody take the responsibility to give you salary if you missed the punch but you are present on that day.
