i can see GE culture is very good, team are very supportive, always motivate to employee for doing work, arranging seminar training for employee.

Dislikes

team is very supportive, doing team work, management arranging the training for employees, GE has using Oracle system for managing the system transactions, very difficult to take promotion in the GE-Wind business as guided by reporting manager.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
