Say and Do factor of the management needs to be improved to earn the trust of working level employees. As of now there is severe management and employees trust deficit.

Dislikes

The strengths of an employee is undermined and the honest feedbacks of an employee is masked by the immediate manger in collusion with the HR manager. They kill the messengers and top management is not appraised of the ground level reality
