To become a JE, all the interviews are done, you are also selected and offer letter will come on 22 march but do not give the offer letter.Jokes with the life of employee. Almost 2 month waiting for offer letter but no reaponse from company side.

Jokes with the empolyees life.

Starting 2.8 years good working life but At last bad experience in GE. After confermation will not given the offer letter. Not know what effect empolyees life.

Ge is one of the multimodal manufacturing company and its very good for the work and staff management is also too much good there is all managers and senior person react as a friendly with trainee employees.one of the good comments for its company means,EHS is first priority in this company that's why I feel proud to be G.e employee.🙂

I don't like the food facilities of this company 👎

In the Ge I have learn lot of things like a process ,how to plan,how to achieve the target and also lot of things. I also learn all NDT X RAY Process and I am one of the fastest and quick learner person in our team.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
