Company work culture is very good all employee are helping nature for eachother worklife balance is also on peak....neat and clean everywhere...all employee have there own work and they do it precisely.

I think some local who is not educated much but got some management post do office politics....and they do not put u on permanent role if u not have any solid contact....girls are got more preferable for this company.

Actually it is because of covid, GE should not allow using mobile phones while having lunch in the canteen as then the employee takes more time to complete their lunch and free the table for other employees.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
