The culture is totally pretentious and false. Managers keep bullshitting with buzz words like advanced technology without having any clue of what they are talking about. Employees are expected just to keep churningout data by using various analysis softwares, essentially doing the dirty work for people in the US. No value or respect for actual subject experts, and thus many good people leave within few years and the incompetent ones rise to higher positions. People keep taking credit by falsifying data and also manipulating data when presenting to people in the US, and no one cares about it....Read More
