Working cultural is best for fresher also best opportunity knowledge gain & improve ours skills. The best part of Team members & Management (HR) are Supportive.For freshers there is no Job security it's only depends upon on your performance & available requirements (vacancy).For women's is safe working cultural & so many safety policy's.

Dislikes

As we Accepted for fresher salary package is little bit low as compared to others company,but it's okay with other facilities is free. so it's good.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. To become a JE, all the interviews are done, you are also selected and offer letter will come on 22 march but do not give the offer letter.Jokes with the life of employee. Almost 2 month waiting for offer letter but no reaponse from company side.
