Its an BPO company not an IT Company because everything gets monitored lunch break, tea break, office in and out. If you are short salary gets deducted No New employees are joining because of bond and hidden policies. Culture is very much of an lala company Office Infrastructure is poor no proper chair to sit and unhygenic washrooms Company is running into losses because of poor management and zero employee friendly policies Attrition rate is very high, hence you can see at many floor doors are locked. Feel sorry for freshers as they are entering into bond and strict policies while all other gujarat companies are entering into employee friendly policies Old people managing senior positions with old school thoughts are unable to visualize the fresh talent and market trend. - Policies - Never tell you deep about Policies when you are joining, once you joined and check policy then you will regret as you have no option to exit as they are making legal bonds. - Once you put resign they will play politics and play with the policies to shoe on you. - they only need Money if employees want to exit. ( If theyinstead of money relive employees in very good manners then I surely bat that company can retain more employees and also more employees will be join. Employees are having easy going in nature and very friendly.

- Gateway does not provide salary to their all employee which they are mentioning in offer letter or increment letter, company deducts such a big amount approximately 40% of employee's package offered by showing different types of excuses and if we talk about work then in starting they provide work to employee but by the time goes let's say 6 months after joining company, shifts their employees on Bench so employee gets only fixed salary amount and their all bonus amount gets cut (which is included around 35 to 40% of their package) from their salary every month (which employee really deserves to be paid) and having so many different types of schemes in salary structure. - Company asks employee to do 9 hours productive work but in return company doesn't pay their employees at all. - Gateway always create dependencies of those employees who are joining as a fresher and signs bond from employee for a longer period whereas in return Gateway doesn't follow any rule for termination like providing their employee notice period if company want to relieve any employee and asks employees to resign on their own and don't give enough time to find other opportunities and even they don't provide any type of unemployment fund like if company is relieving any employee without notice period then , any employee which is getting fired are deserved to get at least 3 months of salary in advance which is a law....Read More
