The way all employees work taking own accountability is seen positively. Company has a different work culture altogether wherein you grow nicely. Canteen facility, employee engagement activities, branding level are too good. It gives you a different aura when you enter in the office. Management is excellent and so is the own growth.Company building wrap is always fascinating for me. Nice organization and workforce. - The team which I was working with, was really good and supportive. But this entirely depends on what team you're working with, in general. - Internal training program is there, but not much to expect.

- Timings are more than average working hours. That is 9 hours a day, excluding lunch/tea/washroom breaks. - You get your salary on the 7th/8th of every month. - Not much hike to expect. - You get to work on one project for years and years. No new learning.

I believe there was nothing likeable working at this place, except the salary is on time and it helps paying your bills. That’s it.

I would be very honest: •Working Saturdays and that too for no apparent reason. • Long working hours compared to any standard company. • No appreciation for good work. • Toxic work culture, lot of internal politics and mockery among the senior sales team members. Eye balling what others are doing. • Long service agreement that seemslike bonded labour. • Leaves are in your ERP software only but applying it is another level of excruciating pain.
