The good thing is they do one task at a time. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Before joining, was told will be part of team NAV but after joining i was the only one in my team to work on Navision. I do receive appreciation emails from my client as well as my PM's, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.

Job security - Poor

Work Details

 Serve as a Functional consultant mainly with Navision Projects.  Responsible for client Demo, interaction for initial pre-sales activities (only if required). Work out the Project charter with the client and define WBS as per plan for Onboard Proj
