Nothing management thinks if you throw package(money) anybody will come and work .Here previous company Msrs are national magers and general managers ,they are teaching us how to do.There is not job security hire and fire .with in six months.they are playing with employees life if you ask anybody in market about gates they will tellyou better than me . I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
