Management is very rude egostic. No vision of grow the company. Humiliating yelling over employees like slave. Sack employees without any notice. Terrible work culture.

Management is too bad. They are focusing on your personal thing rather than your proffesional thing. Management treated employees like slave & most probably they need their employees will satisfy their ego. In history we read about Mad sultanTughlaq in GPE you can see it in real. Frustration will rise automatically once you deal with management.

Work life will not be balanced. 10 hours duty will effect your personal life. Even u can't get Ur desired leave if u can't satisfy Ur management Unprofessionally

Company has its own ethics. It is huge. They do support their employees by providing them full salary without any cut .

Dislikes

There is nothing much to dislike but leave application may reject if boss thinks. During provession period, no one can take single leave orelse salary will be debited.

Good work culture. People are busy with their own task & daily assignments. Workforce , layman's are so supportive & skillfull. You can learn so many things form the ground level persons. Learning is good in this organisation.
