The company is situated in Pune and Pune is really good city to settle down in.

Dislikes

Mismatch between role offered during recruitment and role offered during confirmation, low pay, very bad culture which doesn't promote growth, bad ethics, bad work timings, improper planning for career progression, bad politics and non existent open culture where strict compliance to heirarchy is expected.

Work Details

I was recruited as a Management Trainee with no knowledge of my final role. I was shifted between various irrelevant roles due to lack of relevant roles. My training period was extended and I was finally given a role which had no relationship to marketing

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
