Culture and challenges that you are put through. Greater understanding of how things work globally. Handled Outerwear and suitings categories across all their brands- Banana Republic, Gap, Old Navy and outlet stores.

Dislikes

There is so much of excel updation that one hardly gets time to spend with the product. You are working more like postmaster rather than doing Merchandising.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
