I enjoy working here due to flexibility it offers in term of working hours and remote work opportunities. The management team is supportive, making it an excellent option for those starting their career.
Dislikes
What I find unfavorable about GAO Tek is their policy of offering unpaid internship. Furthermore, even if intern demonstrate strong performance , there is no commitment to retain them upon completion.

I loved the fact that I was a part of a team that initiated the whole Amazon E-commerce project for the company from nothing.
Dislikes
Compensation is decent, but growth is pretty slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day. CEO and HR’s do not value an individual’s unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.
