I truly enjoy working at GAO Tek because of the highly professional work environment and management's efficiency in ensuring tasks are completed on time. The daily interactions with management and team members, often from diverse backgrounds, have pushed me out of my comfort zone and significantly enhanced my interpersonal skills.

Dislikes

I disliked only one aspect, the Unpaid work. I work really hard and deliver quality when I am supposed to, but I believe there should be some incentive, just for motivation.

Maybe when implementing changes they don't give you time to add what's new and you want an entire team to start implementing it from one day to the next without making mistakes.

I recently had the pleasure of completing an HR internship, and I have to say, it was an amazing experience. From the very beginning, I was impressed by the level of professionalism and support provided by the team. They were always available to answer my questions and offer guidance whenever I needed it. One of the things I appreciated most about this internship was the hands-on experience I gained.
