They are not any more supporting any one through COVID-19 lockdown. They are pressuring to their employees to come office physically and work there though the company provides online services to it's costumers. And if some one could not able to present in the office any how due lockdown and unability of convince company is firing them without notice. In some cases if company is unable to firing directly, then company is creating unrealistic reasons to fire the employee.
