I am worked the Ganesh Gouri Company in a commission basic but they can't given my Commission and i am resigning my Job but after I am given clearance to the company they Stopped my Commission Payment and they cannot responding my calls.

Company not Support to the Dealers and Product Complaints.

Work Details

In Andhra Pradesh total I have given distributors to the company but after they get good turnover they Stopped my commisions payments and when I am asked to MD he told me u Resign your job give Clearance then we settle all Payments tilli can't get anypaym

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
