Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. nothing like for project and service engineers ., they work like a , travel with too much heavy tool no use for engineer they are technicians tool. company Name is excellent their is some management very bad . need to filter and rectify the issue of engineer , the only one reason of left the job here internal management .
