Salary after two month or uneven. No gazzetted holidays. Procurement is hide and seek, ISO hence never be maintained. Increment is very poor.

1) teammates - All teammates are created by me, they are skilled as well as as well awareness of sanitation, safety and attitude. 2) Training- As I am the senior most, I train them production, q.c, dispatch, stock inventory, process control, operative and periodical maintenance above all sanitation, safety and storing the items at proper place. 3) As this is the pvt. ltd, i feel there is no job security. 4) Career growth - in the terms of technical, this is the best platform. The policy of administrative is the worst. The policy of marketing, production is well policy. Like me - I am coming through out the week (7days). But if i remain one day leave, the salary is being deducted.

Take care of - overall responsibility (production planning, troubleshooting, keep vigil to q.c and q.c record checking every alternate 2hrs, operative and preventive maintenance, man power allotment, shop floor management, stock inventory)
