Now Galderma India is sold to private equity so huge pressure and culture is worst ,No open forum to share the ground feedbacks and they are not ready to accept any nigative feedbacks of customers. Increments is also poor. NO JOB STABILITY, VERY HIGH ATTRITION RATE.

Politics at it peaks.. Executive and managers are afraid of Higher management. Managers not able to support their own team members because they are afraid of higher management. No culture of Speak up. No work- life balance. People travelling 50-60km still they don't have sympathy or kind nature towards them and asks to be in office all 5 days. And when they ask for WFH for one day.. they make a issue about it and ask that employee to take leave and waste that leave. Wow!! Increadible management.
