I have worked at GALA Precision Engg. Ltd for six years. The best part of my job is the opportunity to constantly learn and grow. I'm regularly exposed to new challenges, which help me develop both professionally and personally. I enjoy the collaborative environment at my workplace.

Dislikes

I enjoy my work, so I never paid much attention to what I dislike. I just focused on what I love. However, I do dislike that we often work overtime without adequate compensation.

Gala gives open freedom to work .. Management is very supportive in nature .Lot of improvement activities are carried out in Gala so I got good exposure to add on my knowledge and skills.. HR policies are also good..Travel , Canteen facilities provided my company.Salary is on time no any dealt in that. Yes, overall life balance is good as weekly off is Saturday and Sunday.
