I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. The company provide pick & drop facility from badlapur, Thane, virar. The company markets reliable,high quality products and has a global client base. My colleague come from various cultural background,and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Since it is small scale industry so growth is slow and the work pressure is very high,sometimes we need to work 12-14 hrs extra and sometimes we need to work in weekend also. Many times I had not received appreciation for the work which we do & which is very painful.
