Good supporting colleagues Responsibilties are given at early stage which helps individual to develop.

Dislikes

No medical for managers. For below manager post medical is there but cheaper one. You will get half of your claim. Few HR people are very arrogant. They are cunning and will try to loot you once you resign. The support to them is always there from upper management else they will not dare to threat employees. Check properly all HR policies before joining. Else later they will start showing you the unknown and updated hr policy to threat you and deduct your hard earned money. HR people/ plant head will rant with company policies, but it can change suddenly for few employees who has political power or similar conections. No leave encashment is there. You will be told to use the all your leave else they will be lapsed. However you will not be able to get the leave all time from your plant head. The thinking level of management is at very low level. They take fake interviews to get the information from competitors. So beware of thier interviews you may come from far with hope to join new organisation but they will not be intrested in hiring you but will be interested to take all information about your company. So please cross check with employees or any other source wether requirement is real. De increament is done for few senior managers. Just because they know they will not go anywhere. Also once your salary will increase they start searching new employee with lesser salary to just save few bucks. For slight downfall in market/ economy they will deduct/ stop increament. Inspite of thier sales growth more than 50% yearly. I worked in almost 4-5 companies but joining this company was my worst decision. So I would not recommend anyone unless. If someone wants to joins don't trust them and check every line of thier policies and be specific for your requirement before joining. Else you will be in trouble while leaving the company....Read More
