Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

The company provide pick & drop facility from badlapur, Thane, virar. The company markets reliable,high quality products and has a global client base. My colleague come from various cultural background,and we work happily in collaboration.

Since it is small scale industry so growth is slow and the work pressure is very high,sometimes we need to work 12-14 hrs extra and sometimes we need to work in weekend also. Many times I had not received appreciation for the work which we do & which is very painful.

Gala gives open freedom to work .. Management is very supportive in nature .Lot of improvement activities are carried out in Gala so I got good exposure to add on my knowledge and skills.. HR policies are also good..Travel , Canteen facilities provided my company.Salary is on time no any dealt in that. Yes, overall life balance is good as weekly off is Saturday and Sunday.
