We will be having team building/fun activities on the end of each month which was a pleasant surprise, helping us to improve our bonds. At the end of the day I look for balance in all aspects, so the holidays are less when compared and the packages are not satisfying enough to look for a long future.

Every thing is good. Coordination between the employees and the management was major asset which will not lead any miscommunication.
