Company is growing day by day and taking new projects, but internally the system is not good, they have all their relatives around and they are misusing the name of higher management member's. Work environment specially at delhi mumbai expresssay pkg 13 is terrible, the site mgmt creats negative environment if you are working hard,they threaten you to be thrown out of company. The work is performed according to micro plan and micro plan is given in the beginning of every month. And Engineers do their work accordingly. Salary is on time. And all other facilities are good.

There is only one thing , I would like to add. No care is taken for Employees food. Food is not good here. Because the Fooding is free of cost other than salary , the quality is very poor. I request if any GR personnel see my review please take action on this. 🙏

Every management is very good and 15 Aug & 26 Jan. functional award is given to an employee after 5 years, 10 years and 15 years.

The only thing I did not like is that any employee is sent on long leave after completion of work.

Working days are from Monday to Friday means 5 days with 15 minutes relaxation in reporting time. Because too much staff, work load is less.
