Basically it's a Govt P U College so the facilities are not so good. But it's a nice flatform to begin our carrier as a teaching faculty. Residing in a rural area, not having convenient transport facilities is major impact behind not many permanent lecturer choose this college. Since it's a Govt institution, principal might come n go. As per my experience I worked under 2 principals. One is quite encouraging and the other is completely torturing personality ( can't name them which is whom 😂) . Though it's a Govt college there wil be high pressure regarding getting sent result. Class timings wil not be our priority.

Work Details

I was teaching English language for first year PUC and second PUC students. I was enjoying my profession.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
