Random priority work on weekends, policies changing overnight, notice period changed suddenly to 3months, 0 job security, heartless upper management, worst decision making, no vision, puppet of reliance, no appraisals, nepotism and favouritism is a common practice here, illiterate HRs, biasness in hiring. Hence one of the founder exited the company. Lunch and breakfast stopped which they bragged about in the job description as well. No apology from founder for not giving appraisal instead hrs conveyed that message using chatgpt. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. There is good learning opportunity as there's a good tech stack and smaller teams, so there are diverse learning options.

Dislikes

The senior management, the culture. Delivery is more important here than Quality. The code quality is bad. Also the review and appraisal process is unjust, compensation is not upto market standards.

Compensation is really good as per market standards. Good tech stack to work on.

Dislikes

1. Toxic work culture. 2. Poor management. 3. Micromanagement. 4. False claim at the time of joining. 5. They will put you in PIP for missing any deadline. So you have to work day and night and weekends. You will hardly get time to breathe and still be on PIP. 6. They don't care about the employees

Only favouritism is there if you are close to Head of Engineering or Co-Founder then you can survive there else they will torcher you like hell.

Dislikes

1.Unmatured Co-Founders. 3. No transparency 2.Unmatured, Arogant and All time abusive Senior Manager(Hear of Engineering) who use to abuse next level everytime. 3.Flop products like fynd platform, Pixelbin, Frolic, Boltic and Glamar. Noone knows their name's in market. They were about close their shutter in 2018 but cause of Ambaniacquisition they were surviving to till now rest god knows. 4.They can force you to relocate to Mumbai anytime without knowing your current situation. 5. HR does not have any power here.So if you thinking to join Fynd on HR words please do not do that because even they are not sure their job in Fynd. 6.Most important point they change their policies like changing the pamper of 3 months old baby. 7<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.
