Nothing because the work culture is pathetic

• I was not informed during the interview about the working days criteria • I was told that the working days would be from monday to friday except last saturday and the timings would be from 9:30 to 6:30 • Despite of telling me that i have been selected there was no communication from their end in regards to the joining • After taking multiple follow ups from the HR i got my offer letter where there is clearly mentioned that working days and timings would be as monday to friday except last saturday from 9:30am to 6:30pm • Later once i joined future generali the training period was supposed to be for 7 days but it took 15 days because of the delay from the trainers end • After the training when the roasters where pull out i was asked to work on sunday • When i confronted this with my TL he clearly asked me to leave the organisation • Also two of the female TL's used to past pathetic derogatory comments on my clothes choice and on my character • Once i highlighted this issue to the higher management i got no help instead i was the one who left the organisation Inshort the work culture is pathetic and unprofessional and fake people...Read More
