It’s a great experience with future Generali but The problem is no increment no bonus salary is only 4hand ….overall it’s good I learnt a a lot

Zero overall. Top management is good for nothing. From the time of interview, they will keep asking you for policy. If you cannot give any policy then they will say your salary will be on hold and You will recieve Termination letter. Think before you join, if you have good relationship and can built good agency then go otherwise think twice. No holiday for you even in Sunday too.
