Salary was on time... Rest nothing to appreciate here..

Dislikes

No motivation for employees. No respect to contract labour. No discipline in any Warehouse. No value to customers. No more proper funding raised due to which very less or no appraisal or increments. Top managements involvement with vendors for Under the Table perks and favours. No proper hygiene for Men or Women in any Warehouse across. No proper Quality checks for products. Very poor Security and Housekeeping agencies. No facilities or Employee Engagement for staff. No Customer service for customers. Company in heavy debts, after 13 to 14 years also, they call themselves a startup. Competition companies have progressed alot, atleast in terms for customer service, products, logistics. Don't think of joining here.. keep it as a last option or better to sit idle rather than torture....Read More

The company is overall very good otherwise employees cant stay more than 6years.Travelling is required if you are in manager level. Company really thinks about employees . Now adopting latest technologies also for the better experience . The best CEO I had met here only . He is too good, a ground level person.

dislikes, nothing much I have but yes again, a employee over here may leave for the manager but not for the company culture . 2 days week off changed to 1 day . In rotational shift its a pain. training needs to be improved, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step HR should check for team outings , soft skill trainings and education assistance....Read More

I could summarize it by saying, "While working there, every time I felt this would be the worst thing happening to you, the company and CEO proved there existed a new low." I wish there existed a word LOAT (Lowest of All Time). My experience = no career opportunities, no hikes or promotions (which existed for a select few), extremely long hours, overtime, zero work-life balance, a toxic workplace, stupid timelines, and the list goes on. There is nothing much to like here. They are slightly flexible in working hours depending on which team you are in.

Dislikes

Horrendous culture. Hire & Fire Policy. They have firing cycles every 1-2 months now across all teams (Customer Support, Marketing, Finance, Software etc,.). Avoid joining this company at all costs since the job security here is non-existent. 0 team bonding activities, many employees are overworked. Sometimes they'll expect you to work over the weekends as well to meet the targets. Just look for some other company to work with....Read More

Good technology and good People in engineering team You will have good ownership, but its comes with a cost(personal life and time and some time you will be treated as PEST)

HR Team 1. Never seen HR team trying to make company profitable(more than sale/marketing team), examples below 1. sell raffle ticket for company events 2. Careful with your Mac systems, if any damage will take from your salary, sorry we can't buy apple care, it's costly Leadership/CEO 1. After months of hardworking team going for outing (sponsored by tech leads, not by company)then you are witnessing CEO with his close group barging in - it's PHENOMENAL 2. CEO doesn't have any vision, he pretends he has, he only want to sell this shares and exit culture: They did PHENOMENAL work by letting 40 people go in Novemeber 2023, How that phenomenal ??
