I am working as Associate developer with this company since Nov 2020. Being from electronic background I don't know anything but I am so thankful to the trainers, managers and my teammates who supported me in all time. They guide, supported and motivated me and trained me on IT skills for my benefit so I can work. Though they couldeven reject me because lack of knowledge but they didn't do. This is one of the fraud company,hire the fresher's and asks the security amount deposit,after that the company s founder was absonded,so my advice is both naukri and job seeker s don't go through this time of companies,it will spoil ur life.Please naukri team once go through all the background information check when you gave service to any other companies.It will spoil trust on ur site also.

It is a good company to start your career with. You may have to work a little extra on some days. But yet, they make sure that we have a good work-life balance. As it is a work from job, there are a lot of perks and it is easily manageable. The team and seniors are very supportive and helpful. We can ask doubts and they are always ready to teach us about the same.

Initially there are following basic procedure of interview(3 rounds) which will be conducted like mnc companies.if u will not performed well also,they are selecting for the job and saying to submit all documents along with signatures on them.when they are calling to office for document representation,they will ask to pay immediate 25k amount for laptop which will be informed to us on final hr round only,if u accept that they will select you.And there will be training for full-stack for 2-3 months,they will inform that dont depend on trainer completely,during training they will set exam based on training,after clearing that exam only you will be promoted to next level and salary will be credited otherwise we have to try another 2 chances within those 3 chances we have clear the interview or else you will be rejected.And they will say we will be give back laptop amount.with 1 yr bond...Read More
