This is a largely fair organisation. While it is a subsidy for Fullerton Singapore it runs its show on its own deciding for good of its employees and the returns to the stakeholders. People are friendly and happy to help all across. The org invests in its people.

Apart from the 'normal office politics' there's nothing really that i dislike about FICC- it grooms you well and provides ample growth opportunities. They do try and cut on the pay when you move roles hence rendering you not on par w/ competition

Work Details

After I handled the training for West and was given opportunity to manage ACs for the HO w/ my Training Head, based on my performance. I was elevated to HO role to manage Pan India content and e-learning as well as direct roles w/ CRO, CEO office.
