No work life balance. If you ask for any project change due to some genuine reason, they will keep lingering on the things which atlast resulted in my resignation. No support from team mates. if new person has joined the project, oldies dominates like anything. They will not allow you to get mingle with the people easily. Even HR do not support in this case. They just listen but conclusion comes out. Again oldies get benifit in such scenarios too. In such environment you loose your confidence. Pathetic place to work.
