The team between working always not friendly nature but , in every working there is an politics comes and the working employees don't give the other or new persons to go forward .. Likes

Management are not doing well and Harassment time of leaving after resignation. To much of Politics are happening. Very bag MD - Rao & VP - Rajesh Gandhi

Dislikes

Are are not encouraging employees. Very high level of politics. Management are harassing the employee. Management taking very high salary and very low to all other employees. There are not good travel allowance for sales people.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
