Dislike Everything. Right from work, culture, people. Work: Its redundant and process driven to another level, which should not be Culture: The company has the audacity to send emails wrt assignments and demand completion else no appraisals will happen. I want to ask the management - When have you communicated or given appraisals? They have created a negative atmosphere, everyone’s leaving.
