...ecruit people telling higher designations but later offer a junior position. 3. Don’t pay variable component of employee for 2 years and more. 4. No appraisal from past 2-3 years. 5. No communication on issuing variable component of employee which they are qualified for. 6. People and culture is pethetic. As they will be unreasonable and put any blame on you for you performance despite you over achieve your targets.

No appraisal and recognition for the past 4 years all the branches were closed Chennai & Mumbai only functioning. Need to work more than 8 hours per day. No job security.

Great company to work for. F&S has a great work-life balance. They don't stress you out. Once you know the job and you're settled in, there really is nothing to worry about; you can pretty much manage a lot of things in a single day. They are also very patient with employees who are slow to catch up. The culture is great. There is an office decorum and a good work ethic that all managers follow and incorporate. No unnecessary politics. It is very peaceful to work at Frost. You also have the leeway to learn and work on topics that interest you, as there is a huge pool of topics they touch upon. In a way, you get to learn so much about several technologies, industries, etc. Managers are very helpful, and so are your colleagues. If you don't know something, you can always reach out to anyone and learn. There really is no shortage of help at Frost. They recognize talent and promote. They are very well informed when you work very hard. People are not rude at all. They are, in fact, very nice to employees. The environment is very comfortable. Most employees who leave come back after sometime. Flexible working hours.

Dislikes

Pay disparity. Generally low pay compared to market standards. Bonus may or may not come. Mostly bonus never reaches you. Cannot rely on variable pay. No travel at all in some teams. There are no travel opportunities. It is rare and also available only in few teams. In terms of difficulty level or projects, they are not too challenging. Sometimes not working on the kind of projects competitors work on can be a setback as you may not develop the capability to handle complex numbers-related projects.

Dislike Everything. Right from work, culture, people. Work: Its redundant and process driven to another level, which should not be Culture: The company has the audacity to send emails wrt assignments and demand completion else no appraisals will happen. I want to ask the management - When have you communicated or given appraisals? They have created a negative atmosphere, everyone’s leaving. People: Some people demand / crave attention and go to all lengths to belittle others and get it. Even the smallest of issues are made larger than life for no reason. SHIT PLACE TO WORK.

I must say that leadership gives you enough time to perform, they have wide range of services on offer, so sky is the limit for you.

As a new joinee, you would feel lost in this large family, team effort are poor, all are self centric and even if some one comes forward to help you...there is always an hidden agenda...your senior team members will always look for an opportunity to elbow you out...they have a legacy working approach...so company always comes 1st instead of client...you feel lost at times and would run arround to close deals like a headless chicken...
