Great company to work for. F&S has a great work-life balance. They don't stress you out. Once you know the job and you're settled in, there really is nothing to worry about; you can pretty much manage a lot of things in a single day. They are also very patient with employees who are slow to catch up. The culture is great. There is an office decorum and a good work ethic that all managers follow and incorporate. No unnecessary politics. It is very peaceful to work at Frost. You also have the leeway to learn and work on topics that interest you, as there is a huge pool of topics they touch upon. In a way, you get to learn so much about several technologies, industries, etc. Managers are very helpful, and so are your colleagues. If you don't know something, you can always reach out to anyone and learn. There really is no shortage of help at Frost. They recognize talent and promote. They are very well informed when you work very hard. People are not rude at all. They are, in fact, very nice to employees. The environment is very comfortable. Pay disparity. Generally low pay compared to market standards. Bonus may or may not come. Mostly bonus never reaches you. Cannot rely on variable pay. No travel at all in some teams. There are no travel opportunities. It is rare and also available only in few teams. In terms of difficulty level or projects, they are not too challenging. Sometimes not working on the kind of projects competitors work on can be a setback as you may not develop the capability to handle complex numbers-related projects....Read More
