I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. It's a long list. 1- WFH is not provided. 2- They don't give good salaries neither do people get good appraisal. 3- They are product based just for name sake. 4- Insurance premiums are too high if you take parental cover. 5- Culture is not good. 6- Maximum people now joining don't get to work on Freecharge products but they are aligned with AXIS Bank Dev support projects, that were previously handled by ThoughtWorks. 7- If you come from a normal company don't provide good salaries, but if if you come from companies like Paytm, they will give you good hike.
