I disliked the fact that it's too good to be true! Great atmosphere and people.

Company is very employee centric and very much aware about their health and well being. Lot of things to learn. Always ready to accept challenges.

Dislikes

Working with the finance and accounts team was Terrible experience. No work life balance, no work satisfaction, no appreciation and respect from management. No clarity on work allocation and Responsibilities.

Big nature filled campus in Hyderabad and all amenities including Gym, Travel you can expect from any Multinational company.

Dislikes

1) Don't expect any promotion 2) Don't stressed out too much to contribute to company's growth because by end of the day all will get same hike irrespective of your hardwork or smartwork.

Company tries best to be in market by calling it as employee centric, but matter of fact is it's not. Pay well comparatively compared to its competitors.

Worst company to start with. Local management never support . No work life balance. Worst management. No job security. (At all)

If you want to think to work with frankfinn then you ll regret it. It will be your worst decision that you would be taken by yourself. fraud company.
