There are a lot to learn about investment and different markets, you will play with so many terminologies related to finance like securities, stocks, bonds, equity, fixed income, derivatives, reconciliation, trade settlement etc. So, in short, if you want to deep dive into these sector, it's an ocean itself. The best thing about thecompany is its people, work culture, you can talk to anyone you need. Everyone is open to help. It's all team based perspective. The company doesn't actually follow the hierarchy. Until you are right, and you want assistance you can go to anyone. There would not be work pressure. I would not say you need not to work or something like that, but you can have fun, and work. There will be days when you mat need to work overtime but that doesn't last long. I am not satisfied with the pay. Compare to other companies, FT is paying less. If you are the one who want to just earn, FT may not satisfy you. But if you are one who is starting her/his journey in corporate, and want to learn, they can be here. Financially, salary would be a factor.
