I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. In the very recent years many teams very outsouced strategically which for new onboarding staff might be an issue, however company ethics, culture has been top notch, policy implementation is excellent, management is approachable. Overall it's a very good place to work.
