Good place to work. No issues about extended work. Strict 9 hrs no extension , can leave home on time .work environment is also good.

Breaks shud be taken on order of any senior team member which irritates.

In the very recent years many teams very outsouced strategically which for new onboarding staff might be an issue, however company ethics, culture has been top notch, policy implementation is excellent, management is approachable. Overall it's a very good place to work.

I believe decision making for projects are little delayed and adapting to new world working is done with much caution which at times come heavy on staff working in old style
