Group health policy (Mediclaim)

Group Medical Insurance
Sum Insured can be topped up through additional premium payment to enhance the cover by additional 2.5 or 5 lakhs or 7.5 lakhs or 10 lakhs
Premium is paid by employer for INR 500,000 base cover.
Any top up premium is paid by employee.

1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus
Position - manager
2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed
3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa
I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.

Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
