Franklin itself is good company. But all internal rules depends on team to team and man to man. All team is not good or all team head or management people are not that good.

WFH is not giving when we don't require to go to office on regularly.Internal politics too much.

In the very recent years many teams very outsouced strategically which for new onboarding staff might be an issue, however company ethics, culture has been top notch, policy implementation is excellent, management is approachable. Overall it's a very good place to work.

I believe decision making for projects are little delayed and adapting to new world working is done with much caution which at times come heavy on staff working in old style

1) Don't expect any promotion 2) Don't stressed out too much to contribute to company's growth because by end of the day all will get same hike irrespective of your hardwork or smartwork.

Company tries best to be in market by calling it as employee centric, but matter of fact is it's not. Pay well comparatively compared to its competitors.
