I loved the job I was doing but culturally the organisation is terrible. So much of groupism, peer and boss lack mutual respect for each other and do not shy away from using profanity and cheap tricks to pull down the staff who is performing very well. Even if you give your 200% , unfortunately the females who go out drinking with the director are valued and considered for important projects .

Dislikes

Culture of distrust and always looking for cheap tricks to outcast the best and honest performer. They provide cheapest hotels and always red eye flight for outstation center visits to the female staff only to make it very very difficult for the ladies ro cope with environment and work. The Salary is good. They will pay you the best money in the market.

Dislikes

The owners interfere with daily operations. The Director and owners are very rude and will literally abuse you during meetings. They think they have employed you so they own you. After your day is done they might ask you to wait for a meeting, keep you waiting for a couple of hours and then finally meet you.
