1_Salary don't come on time 2_High work pressure 3_To be honest Hr teams wasn't supported 2 to 3 times my salary was hold. 4_They fire employee, if they don't call walk-ins. 5_If you don't complete your Target, they will not give you break. 6_If you don't make 10 appointment and call 2 walk-ins per day or you can say (2 people on seminar) you will have to work extra hours . 7_ When I went for interview. some organisation didn't accept my Frankfinn work experience. This is a very important review every one should read this entire msg before going to work with frankfinn. I have worked with frankfinn for around 4 months. I am sharing my genuine feedback for this company. First they will take your entire day for interview. After that there will be a training for 7 days and an ojt of 7 days. Now in ojt they will force you to work on 2-3 years old data and convert them in sales. (Sales means walk in) What you have to do you have to call to students and tell them to visit the free career counseling seminar. After ojt team leader will behave with you Normally for one month after that they will start shouting at you in front of everyone. They will tell you aaj walk-in nahi aaya tumhara break mat jana pure aapko break nahi milega sirf lunch break milega vo bhi 20 minutes ka. Office timings he 10am-7pm. Team leader aapko 8 baje tak apni shift extend karne ke liye bolega uske aapko koi extra payout bhi nahi milegi. Frankfinn itni worst company he ki inke pass headphones ke cushions tak nahi he. Mene 4 months tak without cushions calling kari mere kan me ear infection ho gaya. Mental health work-life balance sab khatam ho Jayega frankfinn me. Jab mene job chhod di muje email aaya frankfinn ke taraf se because aapne job 6 months complete hone se pehle chhod di aapko 10000₹ penalty pay karni padegi. waah frankfinn is worst company ever. muje mera reliving letter bhi nahi diya.
