During this covid times not even a single month was the salary delayed nor there was any salary cut from Fragomen side. They even compensated/paid for any extra time worked during this time.

It's really exciting working here. The work ambience is very fresh and energetic. You can learn a lot of things. Very supportive management, t best HR and IT and supporting staff and the opportunity to work under a very supportive team leader, Ashmi Jacob

The salary scale can be more improved. Me being an MBA graduate with 5 years of work experience, the salary that I draw is not matching to my previous organizations salary. Also note that newly hired employees with my same experience and education is getting offered with better salary and management post

So much of politics and partiality within the team and the leads are showing partiality to their friends as they have a gang of friends and so much of partiality. Salary is very less compared to the wrk we do !! So sad !
