Job Title: Project Management Specialist / Senior Project Management Specialist.

About the Role.
- Fragomen's US Capability Center in Kochi is seeking a Project Management Specialist to support Project Managers and Team Managers in driving project execution, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless coordination across teams.
- This role is instrumental in maintaining efficient project workflows, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement efforts.
- As a key liaison between client/office counterparts and internal teams, you will oversee project progress, conduct performance audits, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Additionally, you will monitor various initiatives, track key deliverables, and contribute to process optimization strategies to enhance overall efficiency.
- We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional with strong analytical skills and exceptional communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Execution & Oversight: Collaborate with Project Managers and Team Managers to ensure smooth project progression and mitigate risks.
- Stakeholder Communication & Coordination: Act as a key liaison between internal teams and client/office counterparts, ensuring seamless collaboration through regular updates and structured reporting.
- Audits & Compliance: Conduct periodic audits, ensure adherence to project guidelines, and recommend corrective actions where needed.
- Data-Driven Insights & Trend Analysis: Analyse project data, track key performance metrics, and provide reports to support business decisions.
- Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Ensure KPIs are consistently met and contribute to workflow optimization initiatives.
- Meeting & Documentation Management: Organize governance calls, lead weekly status meetings, and maintain structured project documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Experience:
- Master's degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a multinational environment.
- PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, CSM, PSM, or other relevant project management certifications.
- Experience working with stakeholders across geographies and time zones.
Technical & Professional Skills:
- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Asana).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools).
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, Gantt charts, and compliance standards.
Soft Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
