You know what happens if you don’t get a good team to work with! I worked here for 6 months and not even a single day passed without me wanting to get out of this place! They made me serve 2 months of notice though i was in my probation period it wasn’t the same for many others who left the company it was all up to the TLs. I will not recommend this place to anyone I know, But yes if you are fortunate enough to get a good team to work with may be you will find this place good! I wasn’t that lucky! I am not here to defame the organization it has a very good reputation, they are socially responsible, with many benefits and more but my personal experience here was not great and few others have said the same to me.. and i dont see any chance for much career growth here, people say its easy to find jobs in other MNCs after working here may be thats right I got one!...Read More

Basically there's nothing good about Fragomen. Appraisal's are a joke and senior management does not know how to run the company. If has nothing but politics and no growth opportunities. As this stagnant managers don't give opportunities.

Terrible work culture. No skill development. Appraisal's are bad they cut PF in the name of appraisal and people are paid lesser than what they got previously. Moving to automation they are laying off employees. Changing timings according to their wish and forcing to work overtime without any payment. You are also expected to work on Saturdays without any comp off or incentive.
